By using Shotvana you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Shotvana generates product images from photos you upload, based on the scene or style you choose.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Only upload content you have the right to use. Don't upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content, and don't use the service to deceive or to violate anyone's rights.
Your content and rights
You keep the rights to the photos you upload and the images you generate, according to your plan. You grant us the limited licence needed to process and store your content in order to provide the service.
Accurate representation of your product
You are responsible for making sure any generated image accurately represents the actual product you sell before you use it on a marketplace, store or ad. Marketplaces can remove or suppress listings whose images misrepresent the product — keeping images true to what ships protects you.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Polar. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your account. Packs are one-time purchases with the validity stated at checkout.
Service availability
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shotvana is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the "last updated" date when we do. Continued use means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shotvana operates.
